Scarborough Beach house Rental Property Information

We are taking reservations for the Summer 09 season. Our Completely renovated home has a new large eat in kitchen that is fully equipped and has a large fridge/freezer,dishwasher,microwave and plenty of seating. The four bedrooms have brand new mattresses/mattress covers, dressers and ceiling fans.The large downstairs family room is equipped with TV & DVD. The living area upstairs has air-conditioning. The 2 TV's have cable and wireless Internet included. The 2 new full bathrooms are decorated to perfection. The Outdoor Amenities are: hot/cold shower with easy access to level back yard, the deck is off the kitchen, large Coleman grill , new outdoor furniture and beach wagon to use while you stay. A 4 car driveway in a nice quiet neighborhood with a tree lined backyard. Plenty of towels and linens supplied for a small surcharge. 25 mins to Newport 5 minutes to (Galilee: Block Island Ferry) and 5 minutes to any of the 3 state beaches. Private Bay Beach is within walking distance.

The other television has cable, DVD/ VCR. . Exit to the level backyard that has the play area/ patio and grill. The two new full bathrooms are tastefully decorated. Get lobster right off the docks. Bay swimming is yours at the private beach with picnic area. Enjoy!
