Adobe walls, viga beams, Saltillo tile, Kiva wood burning fireplace and a flagstone porch. The handcrafted southwestern furniture and fully equipped kitchen make you feel right at home. Located in the historic north side, Casita Tomás is on a quiet street with secure private parking. A leisurely five minute walk takes you to the plaza for shopping, the new convention center, art galleries, fine or casual dining, museums and historic churches. Casita Tomás is equipped with all the amenities necessary for a truly comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience. Each arriving guest is welcomed personally by the owners.

The casita is located in the northeast section of the city near the Plaza and one block away from the Ski Basin Road. Nearby attractions include: Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, Museum of Art, Palace of the Governors and Cross of the Martyrs. Within walking distance are numerous art galleries including those on Canyon Road, restaurants, the new convention center and shopping. Nearby, outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, biking, golf, tennis, horseback riding, river running and downhill and cross-country skiing. There are also several ancient Native-American ruins as well as present day pueblos available for visiting especially on feast days. During the summer one should not forget Indian Market, Spanish Market, Chamber Music Festival, the International Jazz and World Music Festival and of course the Santa Fe Opera.

Skiing Information: The house is located within one block of Hyde Park Road, the road to the ski basin. About 25 minutes away, you will find wonderful and affordable skiing at Ski Santa Fe.
