The 'comfy' rocking chairs invite you to rest and enjoy the quiet after a relaxing day of golfing, antique shopping, swimming at the lake front beach or sightseeing. Relax and savor the sights and sounds of twilight as the fireflys dance to the music of the katydid. Enjoy winter evenings lounging in front of the crackling fireplace-sharing a cup of hot chocolate or a perfect bottle of wine.

Picnicking and Swimming at Lake Lure Beach only 5 minutes away, Chimney Rock only minutes away with it's breathtaking views of the surrounding areas which has been present for the past hundred years as a privately owned park. The Broad River runs through the Riverbend community for you to enjoy or if you are looking for a romantic evening try the boat tour of Lake Lure with or without the dinner, It's a must. Outlet shopping in the area deserves a mention with all the factory outlets that are on 64/74 & in Gaffney, South Carolina which is just an hour away not to mention Charlotte which is 90 miles away if shopping is your way to pass the time, Antiques are bountiful in the area & I don't need to mention where because all you need to do is look out you window as you drive.

  • April-October $130/night +tax /$800.00 weekly.
    Nov-Mar.......$120/night +tax /$695.00 weekly.
    Minimum 1 week rental during June, July, and August.
    Holidays - add $25 per night/$100 per week.
    State/local lodging tax will be added to rental fee.
    Check-in time is 2 PM; checkout time is 10AM.
    $150 Security/Damage/Cleaning Deposit(Refundable). Dog Fee $50.00
