An intimate, extremely private paradise for two with room to entertain many. Because of the size of the home and what it can accommodate, security deposit varies by a description of your occasion. Fabulous, private estate home on 3.11 acres with walled pool area that has your own pool and jacuzzi. The main house, at over 3900 square feet has two main bedrooms and three baths. The game room can sleep two more on trundle bed that converts to 2 twins. The living room has a sofa bed. All large rooms. The guest house/semi attached/ is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with queen bed and a sofa bed in the second room. Also, there's RV parking behind with 30 amp hookup and complete pull around, so no backing up. Large circular driveway and 4 car garage.

Fitness equipment in living room incl multi bench, reclining cycle, ablounge, & ball. Will rent to families with children, however... Many glass tables. Many low, breakable items. Cabinets not toddler proofed. Many doors lead directly to pool area with no child safety fencing or security cover. Re-felting or repair of pool table, exercise equip., or other items can be costly... please supervise your children closely. Tenants take all liability for damages, injury, or worse...

In Season citrus in the courtyard includes, tangelos, lemon, and grapefruit. Weekly gardener and Pool Service. One of the largest, nicest rentals in Borrego. Over 4400 square feet of living space. 4 or 5 bedrooms, 5 baths. Main house has California King plush pillow top bed in master, trundle in game room/library, King or 2 twins in second bedroom, and sofa bed in Living Room. Dining room seats 8. Guest house has a queen plush pillow top and a full size sofa bed.

Heated jacuzzi included in rent. Summer pool heats with solar panels. Fall, Winter, Spring includes pool heated during daytime hours from 10am to sunset to 80 deg. Can be heated additional. hours and/or higher temp. for additional. cost to be determined. Pool uses allot of gas in the winter.

Golf Information: 4 Public & 2 Private Courses In Borrego.
