Breckenridge house Rental Property Information
Built in 2002, this 3100 square foot log home offers modern convenience in an alpine setting with exceptional views of Quandary and Northstar Mountains. It sits at the top of the neighborhood at 11,600 feet. There is a beautiful hike or snowshoe to a private lake right out the back door. It is called Crystal Lake and has views of the entire Breckenridge area, as well as Keystone Mountain. The quite neighborhood is enjoyable for everyone! An intimate great room, with cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace sit on the main floor below a large loft that has a sleeper sofa and views of Quandary Mountain. Connected to the great room is a very nice stainless steel kitchen with an island, which is great for entertaining. A separate dining room nook sits back off of the great room and kitchen. The master bedroom and very unique master bath with a six foot Jacuzzi tub is also on this floor. Finally a den, with a very comfortable queen futon completes the main floor.
