Home has Satellite TV with HBO and has televisions in 4 rooms: Lg. Flatscreen in living room, big screen in game room, tv in master bedroom and upstairs guest bedroom with twin beds. Fantastic gameroom with bar, new pool table, card table with games and poker chips, and tv. Gourmet kitchen has full service of glasses, dinnerware and flatware for 12, plus barware. Three wetbars in house. Dining room has additional seating on attached outdoor dining deck with pool views. There is a large, fenced-in dog yard with plenty of shade, next to house. Three story house is not designed for young children, people who cannot use stairs, and anyone who is a non-swimmer, pool is not fenced and there are many stairs, decks, balcony and terraces. Pool is not heated. Parental supervision is required at all times for children! No more than 10 people allowed in house at any one time. No large gatherings, parties, weddings, reunions permitted.
