Rental Rates for the cottage on Cayman Islands



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Prices INCLUDE all taxes, service charges & cleaning fees! All prices in USD.
  • Your cottage is cleaned prior to your arrival, and after you leave. For longer term rentals, you may arrange extra cleaning at your own cost. There are laundry facilities at the Cottage.

    Please note: There is NO SMOKING in the cottage! On the patio or balcony is OK, but not inside. You will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee if you smoke inside, as it requires all the comforters and accessories to be dry cleaned as well as the drapes, the carpeting and sofa must also be shampooed.
  • Deposit of 25% required to reserve, balance due 45 days before arrival.
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, & certified cheques.
    Deposit is non-refundable, but transferable within 1 year of arrival date.
    Once the balance is paid and you have to cancel, it is non-refundable, BUT we make every endeavor to re-rent the apartment for that time period, and if we do, you are credited the amount of the rental minus any additional advertising costs. (For example, 'specials' on this website are charged an extra fee per week of advertising).

Further Details for the cottage on Cayman Islands

Cayman Cottage by the Sea is located on the South side of the road, which is beach side, but it does not have a view of the water, which is why it is priced so reasonably. However, you are less than 50 feet from the beach and the ocean! Just walk around the path, through the palm & coconut trees, and voila! You're on the beach. No roads to cross. A white, beautiful sandy beach. Incredible snorkeling too. Everything you want and need in a vacation, and at a fantastic price as well. Who says Cayman has to be expensive?
