House is located on a cul de sac and the view onto Livingston Bay is practically pristine. This fabulous beach property has views for days in all directions including Mt. Rainier, Mt. Pilchuck, Mt. Baker and the Cascade Mountains. The home’s southern exposure makes it light and bright with exposure to both sunrise and sunset. Camano Island has 56 miles of pristine beaches, an 18 hole golf course, and multiple outdoor activities. Bald eagles, blue herons, snow geese and other wildlife are prevalent. Many artists reside and exhibit their work in the area. Perfect retreat for romantic getaway or family vacation.

Decorated with the feel of a New England cottage. Master Bedroom has comfortable queen size bed and ample closet space. Master bath has sinfully delicious soaking tub with panoramic view out onto the secluded bay as well as large separate shower. Second bedroom has full size bed, and third bedroom has twin bed.. Huge patio with plenty of seating for enjoying sunrise, sunset, birdwatching or stargazing. BBQ (charcoal and propane), paddle boat and rubber raft. The spacious great room, with its cozy wood burning stove is the perfect gathering place. Full kitchen with Jenn-Air range, microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, coffee grinder, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Full laundry room.. Television, CD/DVD, games, puzzles, and books. All linens and towels provided. Telephone and broadband Internet. Two car garage.
