High ceilings, hardwood floors, marble and limestone are the key words used to describe this home. Kitchen with marble counter tops and Viking appliances. The house has been done in a 'Shabby Chic' style with white upholstery, neutral colors (beige, white and robin's egg blue) and sea grass carpets throughout. There are two sets of stairs each leading up to a pair of bedrooms and a bath. Our home has three zone heating and A/C and ceiling fans in every bedroom. This is a special house in a sought after neighborhood in Harwich Port.
Out the 2 kitchen doors there is a deck with pergola and wonderful picnic table that seats 8. There is a 10 x 12 playhouse in the beautiful fenced in yard. A small playground/jungle gym is in a lot behind our house. We also have access to a pool. This is a beautifully maintained property with all the amenities.

Harwich Port is a quaint Cape Cod village home to 3 picturesque harbors, beautiful beaches, wonderful restaurants, Bonnatts Bakery, the best homemade ice cream on the Cape at Sundae School, a friendly and fantastic library and The Harwich Port Golf course ALL within a few minute walk from the house.

- Master bedroom/Children's bedroom side is done in limestone with a glass enclosed shower. The Guest room side is done in a white marble with deep bathtub and European hand held shower. The half bath is on the first floor.

- The house has two sets of stairs, which allow for two couples or two families to rent the house together but not be on top of one another. Each stairway leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the Child's guest room there is a canopy bed with a trundle. The other guest room is a canopy bed as well. The Master bedroom and Children's room are accessed through a back stairway. The Children's room has two twin beds and lots of stuffed animals and books to entertain. Linens are included.
