There is also a formal dining room which can seat up to 12 (with leaves). Off the kitchen is a cozy den with fireplace, 42 inch flat screen and leather couch. There is also a formal living room with pull out couch that sleeps 2. The washer and dryer is in the 2nd floor bath and thier is also central air conditioning.
