Pagosa Springs house Rental Property Information
Our mountain ranch home is uniquely located on 45 acres at the end of Cabezon Canyon, beautifully situated with a view of Chimney Rock and the San Juan Mountains. There is a small year-round creek and you will most likely see all sorts of wildlife such as deer, elk, bobcats, wild turkey, coyotes, even bears - all dependent on which season of the year you vacation. There is also ample room for you to bring your horses and parking for your trailer. We have fenced pasture and run-in stalls for your horses, including hay and water for an additional fee. You can ride on our land, venture into National Forest, or trailer your horses to numerous nearby riding trails into the millions of acres of National Forest surrounding the Pagosa area. The Parelli Natural Horsemanship Center is only a 20 minutes drive north and a 20 minute drive south is Navajo Lake if you want to boat, fish, or swim. World class fishing on the Piedra River or the San Juan River are also minutes away.

Further Details for the house in Colorado, USA
Unique Setting Our mountain ranch is uniquely secluded at the end of Cabezon Canyon where you will find absolute privacy. Our home sits on 45 acres with a year-round creek and borders National Forest and Ute Indian Land. You can bring your children, dogs, horses and enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, and horse-back riding right on our ranch or explore into National Forest. There is fenced pasture, hay, water, and run-in stalls for your horses for an additional $25 per day. Come and enjoy mountain ranch life!
Our home is located at the end of a 3 miles county road off a two lane highway. The county road is maintained and snowplowed in the winter, but a four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.
Skiing Information: Our home is located approximately 50 miles west of Wolf Creek Ski Resort and approximately 60 miles east of Durango Mountain Resort.
