Groveland townhome Rental Property Information

Just 2 miles from downtown Groveland the Dyer Court Duplex is a double house with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two kitchens and living rooms. The accommodation can sleep up to 16 people. Please inquire about our choices for smaller groups. The duplex includes two master bedrooms each with a queen bed on the ground floor with private bath, refrigerator, microwave, coffee station and patio for maximum privacy. Each master has a private entrance and a staircase that leads to the kitchen upstairs. The second story has a bedroom with a queen bed and another with two twin beds on one side along with a bath, living room and kitchen. The other side is a mirror with the same set up. Each side has a pull out couch or a futon couch making this duplex comfortable for up to 16 people. Located in Pine Mountain Lake with golf course, stables and airport nearby. Just 24 miles from Yosemite National Park & world class white water river rafting on the Tuolumne River. A convenient and flexible choice.

Groveland is the last town on Highway 120 before you get to the Big Oak Flat entrance to Yosemite National Park. Groveland is an affordable alternative to staying in Yosemite and is a destination in its own right with festivals, galleries, live theater access to world class white water river rafting on the Tuolumne River. We celebrate the gold rush era with our 49er festival on the third Saturday in September, host oodles of outdoor music and theater events in the summer and enjoy year round live music at the Iron Door Saloon on weekends. The Hotel Charlotte offers a fall and winter dinner-theater schedule and the Groveland Art Strolls liven up the town in the summer. Groveland offers visitors an award winning golf course, Lake Don Pedro, several stables and hiking trails and waterfalls galore.

Golf Information: Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course is just around the corner from the Duplex. Open to the public.
