This quintessential Colorado mountain cabin getaway is secluded, yet near lots of attractions. Our cabin is located just 1 ½ hours from Denver or Colorado Springs. Ski the slopes, bike, hike, fish, hunt or golf, and return to your cozy mountain cabin with all the comforts of home. Enjoy unprecedented peace, quiet and 180 degree views of the snow-capped Rockies, meadows, trees and rock outcroppings from the 20 foot wall of windows or loft. Look for antelope, deer, elk, owls, golden eagles, and black bear from the wrap around 500 square foot deck. The cabin sits on two heavily wooded acres, has a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and Aspen tongue and groove ceilings. Two bedrooms offer queen beds and the loft has a full size sleeper sofa. You can stay connected with satellite Internet, phone, or enjoy movies on the DVD Player. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking, and there’s a gas BBQ on the deck for evening cookouts. Leave refreshed, relaxed and recharged!

    A refundable security deposit of $400.00 on all rentals. In addition, a 50% deposit of total, including cleaning fee, is necessary to reserve your dates. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

    Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. In that case, if we are able to rebook the dates with new guest(s), we will refund a maximum of the rent received for those dates less a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival, we will refund monies paid less a $100 cancellation fee.

    We accept check, money order, or PayPal.

    Pets are not allowed.
    There is no smoking allowed on the premises.
    Mountain home capacity is a maximum of 6 people.
  • Cleaning fee $95 for parties of 5 or more.
    Extra per night fees for parties more than 4.

Loft is approximately 15 X 20 and contains an office with desk and chair, satellite Internet connection, and a fax/scanner/copier. The loft can also be used for a game area, entertaining, or just reading and napping. There is a full size pull out sofa that will sleep two people, as well as a table and lamp.

We have a land line for local service, and phone forwarding, as well as a digital answering machine you may use during your stay. 800 calls and local calls are free. Long distance calls will require a calling card available at any grocery store, Sam's Club, or Costco in advance. Alternatively, you can have friends and family contact you directly at the provided number. Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Elderly folks are welcome, but must be able to climb stairs to get to main level.
