| Notes: | Our home is considered a walk-in unit, although there are 4 stairs to the front door. However, we do have an enormous walk-in shower with a bench seat and handicap bar. |
Further Details for the condo in Missouri, USA
This is a walk-in unit with four steps, so you won't have to carry your heavy groceries or luggage up and down an entire flight of stairs! The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and also has direct access to the screened porch. There is an oversized walk-in shower in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and access to the hall bath. There are two flat-screen TVs (in the master bedroom and living room) as well as wireless Internet. All the furniture and appliances are new as well as the cherry flooring, ceramic tile, and new carpeting. Stay in luxury. No other rental unit compares!
Fishermen: Nearby Table Rock Lake boasts excellent fishing. Within Pointe Royale just a short walk from the condo is direct access to excellent trout fishing on Lake Taneycomo.
On-site features: 24 hour security, Clubhouse, Conference Center, Business Communications Center with Internet connection, 18 hole golf course, Restaurant/Lounge, Indoor/Outdoor swimming pools, Hot tub, Exercise Center, Wilderness Hiking Trails, playgrounds, tennis courts.
