Albrightsville house Rental Property Information

You will be refreshed after a stay in our chalet. It is perfect for romantic getaways, family trips or a group of friends. After a day of skiing Jack Frost/Big Boulder, outlet shopping, whitewater rafting, fishing, catching a NASCAR race or enjoying one of the many other local attractions, you can relax in our 6 person hot tub under the stars. Then you can retreat to the great room with the stone fireplace and nestle on the couch in front of a wood burning fire. You can send the kids upstairs to the loft to watch TV, view a movie or play one of the games we have. You can grill out on the back deck and enjoy a game of Frisbee on our spacious flat backyard. Perhaps you would rather escape to the quiet front porch and read or just appreciate nature. Our driveway which boasts parking for 5 cars across, opens up to a quiet side street that is perfect for kids to ride bikes. There is a bedroom and full bath on the first floor. It is situated just adjacent to the main living area.

Our home is located in a community that features a 150 + acre lake with a beach, clubhouse, pool, arcade, boat rentals, playground, tennis & basketball courts. The community is within 50 minutes or less of Jim Thorpe (whitewater rafting and more), large outlet center, Bushkill Falls, Knoebels amusement park, Dorney Park, Camelback ski and water parks, huge outdoor flea market, largest general store in the area, minor league baseball, Pocoo Downs (casinos, horse racing, etc.) and more. We are located less than 10 minutes from Big Boulder/Jack Frost, Hickory Run State Park, Split Rock Resort, and Pocono Raceway.

  • Bathroom 1 is on the first floor so a guest could enjoy our home without ever climbing the stairs to the second floor.

  • Our house is great because it can accommodate 4 couples or 2-3 families with kids. Bedroom 1 is on the first floor adjacent to the kitchen, living area and a full bath (shower stall). This is a great feature for those who want to avoid steps. Also, it features a brand new orthopedic mattress. Bedroom 2 has 1 set of bunk beds with the bottom bunk being a double bed. This room has a glider rocker with ottoman for rocking those little ones to sleep. Bedroom 3 has 1 set of bunk beds and an additional twin that has a trundle bed underneath that can pop up right next to the twin. It can form a makeshift king size bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are upstairs with the loft adjacent to it. The loft has a futon that pulls out to a double bed. It also has a TV and VCR. It is a good place for the kids to hang out and play video games, watch movies and play games.

We have a water filtration system on our sink. The water comes out ice cold. We have a cappucino machine. We have netting on our balcony for child safety. We also have a baby gate available for the stairs. We have a pack n play and a high chair/sassy seat that clips onto the dining table. We have a few toys and kids books. We have a few novels for adults as well as a few games for adults and older kids. We have a very old swing set in our back yard that kids 5 and under might enjoy. We have a flat side street that runs next to our property that is great for kids to ride bikes on. Internet access is also available upon request.
