Sunshine sits just steps from the beach boardwalk and has wonderful views of the Gulf from all the living areas. Morgantown also has two beautiful neighborhood swimming pools, exclusive to those in the community, and a brand new pair of tennis courts for those with exercise on their minds. For golfers in the group, Sunshine is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.

Please come and join us for the sand, surf, and fun! The beaches are magnificent, the golf is spectacular, and the restaurants are terrific. There is truly an activity for every member of the family. Sunshine is a wonderful home and we would love to share it with you. My goal is to give you the best possible value for your vacation dollar.
