  • Rent
  • Rates listed include all taxes and fees. Payments can be made by personal check or money orders.

    A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation and the remaining balance is due two months prior to arrival date. Cancellations will be honored 60 days prior to arrival with full refund less $100 administrative fee. After 60 days rental will be returned if the house can be re-booked for the time period booked.

    With our other villa located next door, Casa Mirage, can sleep a total of 26.

Spacious outside dining, kitchenette, wet bars, 2 extensive wrap-around oceanfront verandas, expansive countryside deck with rancho, and shaded courtyard. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, safe box, and private bathrooms in every room. Enjoy wireless hammocks, lounge chairs & rocking chairs, BBQ, and outside bali shower. Room cleaning provided every third day, linens & towels are included (no beach towels). We now offer a 15' above ground pool, 4' deep all around.
