There are 2nd and 3rd story balconies so children must be closely supervised. The kitchen and dining area of the house are also on the lower level. Both are wheelchair accessible. Small indoor pets are considered but must be pre-approved. We will give a reduced rate for any rentals of more than a month term. Massage therapist available at your expense. Daily maid service available at your expense. There is an on-site washer and dryer available for your use (no detergent) with a 2 week or longer stay. Villa Tranquila Living Area The first floor of the Villa Tranquila Main House consists of a sunken living room furnished with comfy leather chairs with ottoman, built-in couches, cable TV with DVD player, CD player and more. Sliding glass doors lead to the terrace. The living room is ocean front. There is a half bathroom on this level decorated with one of the wonderful Mexican ceramic sinks and tiles that are seen throughout the villa. The well equipped kitchen includes a gas stove with grill. There is a dining area that can accommodate 8 guests.

Villa Tranquila Bedrooms There is an indoor circular staircase leading to the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, each with private full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, leather easy chair and ottoman, fridge and furnished terrace overlooking the Caribbean. Sliding glass doors lead out to the terrace. The second bedroom has a queen bed, comfortable chair and a table with 2 chairs. Both bedrooms have cable TV, DVD player, CD player and clock radio.
