Newport apartment Rental Property Information

I want to apologize to all the people who have responded to our listing...we just found out that we can only do long term rentals 9-12 months. Soon we will be living on site and this will change. Thank You Fully equipped apartment with laundry in the heart of the wonderful city of Newport. Quiet one way street with garage parking on the property. Take the trolley to the mansions, walk to year round shopping and entertainment. Winter ice Skating in an outside rink at Yachting Village. New Years Eve 12th night festivities. Walk to movie theaters, restaurants, sailing, boating and fishing opportunities. Oktoberfest, Boat show, Live Theater, Music Festival, Folk Festival. Jazz Festival and much much more. Newport has year round attractions. There is no industry here -only tourists. This property is in walking distance to most everything. Winter activities include ice skating in an outside rink downtown, live theater, tours of the mansions, numerous restaurants and live music. Drive to local casino and shopping mall, visit bird sanctuary and scenic drive overlooking the ocean. Weather is milder than inland and hosts many international events. Polo nearby, wine vineyards, many art studios and historic buildings. Oldest synagogue in the U.S. Great Meeting House and museum. Walk to International Tennis Hall of Fame.
