In summer, limitless options, including hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, and fishing in local streams and rivers or on the huge pond out the back door (catch and release). In the winter, skating, XC skiing, sledding and snowshoeing on 32 private acres. Relax on the cedar deck overlooking the pond or on the sunny patio overlooking the next mountain ridge. Minutes to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen Ski areas. In winter, snowshoe and cross country ski right out the back door. The scenic Mad River is at the bottom of the hill with world class fishing, swimming, and kayaking available. Farmer's market, antiquing, shopping, movies, and wonderful restaurants available just down the road. Hike the Long Trail or check out countless scenic walks. Museums in Montpelier and Burlington. There is something here for everyone to enjoy!

The half bath on the main floor has a pedestal sink and toilet and is adjacent to the laundry room with a full-sized washing machine and dryer. There are also an ironing board and iron, shoeshine kit, sewing basket and other nice-to-have items in this room. The seasonal outdoor shower has hot and cold water and hooks for hanging clothes. Studio bath with tumbled marble tile floors, shower enclosure, and pedestal sink. Studio also has microwave oven and coffeepot, TV/VCR/DVD and game table.

The bunk-room is accessed through the master bedroom has a bunk bed and additional twin bed, dresser, chair and lamps. The master bedroom and bunk-room share a bathroom. The loft bedroom looks over the valley & has 2 twin beds which may be combined into a faux-king bed. It also has a loft accessed by a fixed ladder with a full-sized futon, fan & reading lamp, stand-alone closet, and small dresser. The faux-king bedroom has 3 twin beds which can be left separate or combined to form a faux-king bed and extra twin bed ideal for children. This room looks over the pond and has a small table, reading lamps and a stand-alone closet. These rooms share a full bath. The garage/studio has two sets of bunk beds and a full bath.

Sleds and snowshoes are available for gentle use.
