  • There is one bathroom on the main level and one on the lower level. The bathtub on the main level is very deep and has jets for a relaxing spa experience. Guests are required to bring their own towels, soap and toiletries. Female products should be disposed of in the trash and not put in the toilet as they fowl the septic system.

This is our home. We request that there be no food left out and all trash is taken with you when you leave. All Furniture is in good condition and we would request that food be confined to the dining / kitchen area. Payments / Deposits All Payments will be due 10 days prior to occupancy. A security deposit of $350.00 will be required in addition to the rental payment. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 10 business days. If there are any problems or issues with the property you will be contacted concerning any proposed deductions from your security deposit. Security Deposits and Payment can be made via Cashiers Check, U.S. Postal Money order or Personal Check (ALL PERSONAL CHECKS WILL HAVE TO CLEAR PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY). Refunds will be made via company check to the person on the rental agreement.

Age Due to certain legal issues we are sorry but can not rent to any individual under the age of 25 at this time. We appreciate your interest and time. Thank you.

Discount for Veterans We offer a 10% Discount for all Veterans (Active duty, Reserve, or Retired). This discount also applies to Police Officers and Fire Department Personnel.

Skiing Information: There are several ski areas in the vicinity. Jack Frost and Camelback are the closest to this property. Camelback has excellent family tubing experiences as well as open runs.
