Dillon condo Rental Property Information

Welcome - This is a newly renovated (Completed Nov. 06), affordable condominium, with a friendly atmosphere in Summit County Colorado. While you enjoy the breath-taking views in front of a warm fire, you are surrounded by high-end upgrades. (granite slab counter tops, hickory cabinets, bamboo hardwood floors, slate showers, etc.) We have tried to make our condo enjoyable for all ages. We have a portable crib, toddler toys, DVD movies, coloring books, crayons, etc. In 20 minutes or less, you can drive to Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland ski areas. Less than an hour will take you to Vail and Beaver Creek. You are also about 60 minutes from Winter Park and Mary Jane. The condo has 2 Bedrooms each with queen beds, 2 full baths, fold-out sofa bed in living room, full kitchen with all the basics (dishes, pots, pans, etc), patio with mountain view, club house has hot tub, pool, sauna, pool tables, etc.
