This secluded luxury log home offers 3,600 square feet of living space and sleeps 9 with privacy (and can accommodate up to 13). The home was built and furnished with style, taste, and attention to detail. The enormous log walls, soaring, vaulted, ceilings, and many cathedral windows are all designed to maximize your comfort and enjoyment. With virtually no other homes visible, you may feel like Quandary Peak, Breckenridge Valley, and the expansive stands of pines are only for your enjoyment! Hike, bike, snowshoe, or ski the back country from the front door, drive an easy 8 miles to Breckenridge, or curl up and enjoy views of the Rocky Mountains in front of a wood fire. The main floor of the house provides an open floor plan and features a large living room with wood-burning stove and jaw-dropping views of Quandary Peak. The adjacent dining room features an enormous split log table that seats 12 comfortably. Gourmet kitchen, view deck and hot tub, and spacious sleeping areas.

  • Pets are not allowed, and there is absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property. No more than 13 people may stay in the house, and no more than 8 adults (age 18 or older) are allowed. In addition to the rental rates shown, a fully refundable $1,000 deposit is required and will be promptly refunded once the condition of the house has been confirmed upon your departure. Tax of 5.675% will be added to the rental fee. Reservations shorter than the minimum may be accepted with an additional $225 cleaning fee. Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 20% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date.
