Snowbasin townhome Rental Property Information
Just over the range but well beyond your expectations, our Gathering Place sits in the heart of Ogden Valley at the Moose Hollow community at Wolf Creek Resort. We are 4 miles from Wolf Mountain (a small local resort ), 5 miles from Powder Mountain and 13 miles from Snowbasin. Powder Mountain and Snowbasin have both been ranked in the top 10 resorts in several categories by Ski Magazine readers! There are other tremendous outdoor opportunities during all seasons of the year including golf and boating. It is approximately 3900 square feet of what we call rustic chic. We have rich leathers and fabrics, custom furnishings and antiques throughout for your comfort and enjoyment. We are the place you'll want to gather together with your family and friends - our dream is to provide the place for you to create terrific memories and celebrate life with those you care about most!

The kitchen, dining and family room are the heart of our home. We love to gather with family and friends for meals, laughter and conversation and believe you do too! The large U-shaped kitchen has more than enough cabinet space and plenty of room for several cooks. We offer just about every kitchen appliance and gadget to make meal preparation simple plus a double oven and roaster oven for all of those dishes you'd like to cook up. We have three gathering height tables that each expand to seat eight persons plus counter dining for three. Up to 27 can easily dine, laugh, party and enjoy together or for a smaller group, the individual tables are so intimate. The adjoining family room focuses on the warmth of the fireplace with rustic mantle made from an old sycamore tree and an old antique safe owned by my parents. Above the fireplace is a 37 inch flat panel LCD TV with DVD/VCR and satellite - mounted on a cantilever arm so it can be adjusted for everyone in the kitchen, dining, etc.

We have four very large private bedrooms, each with it's own adjoining bath plus the totally enclosed game room can double as a bedroom with the futon sleeper. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room and still additional sleeping arrangements are also possible in the family room and theater room for a total of up to 8 separate sleeping spaces. For easy reference, the bedrooms are named for their theme. Upstairs is 'The Cascades' (sleeps up to three) deluxe king suite complete with its own slate and copper waterfall! There is also a twin air bed for this room, TV armoire with DVD, VCR and satellite. The luxury bath is fully tiled with a jacuzzi tub, double vanities, and double headed shower. The view from this room is of the golf course and splendid mountains beyond. The second bedroom upstairs is 'The Alpine Room' (sleeps up to four)and features a metal and wood pine cone king bed plus a twin bunk bed. From here you'll look out over the Moose Hollow community and beyond the peak
The lower level has dual zone radiant heating in the floor and 10 ft. ceilings. Here you'll find two additional bedrooms, the home theater room and the game room. We call one bedroom 'The Timber King' (sleeps up to four) and features a custom king over king, extra tall bunk bed made from six inch lodgepole timbers and reinforced with steel bolts - you've never seen anything like it! This room also has a gas fireplace, TV with DVD, VCR and satellite; private shower bath with large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is 'The Woodlands' - it sleeps up to 10 and gives you the unique sensation of being in a wooded forest. There are 3 bunk beds in this room - all beds are custom made - one is a queen over queen bunk, one full over full bunk and one twin over twin bunk. These beds are all extra tall so you can easily sit up on the lower beds. The herd of cousins and friends will want to gather here for that late night slumber (or not) party! All lower beds feature pillow top mattresses.
Our final two rooms in the lower level are strictly for your fun and entertainment! Our home theater room is complete with raised viewing platform for the back row and reclining seating for 10 while watching your favorite movies or Dish channels on the 94 inch diagonal screen and front projector system with seven channel surround sound and harmony remote. This room adjoins the game room with full size pool table, air hockey, Foosball, games, 40 inch round cafe' height table and chairs, and a futon sleeper. We also have a kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave here. We're certain that hours of gathering time and laughter will be had between these two rooms! Last but not least, just off the kitchen-dining-family room area is our patio with private hot tub and gas BBQ grill with amazing views of Wolf Creek Golf Course and mountains. You can snowshoe or cross country ski right outside the door on the golf course. So, welcome, gather together! We'll provide the perfect place!!
