This freshly remodeled, two bedroom lake view condo offers spectacular views winter and summer. It easily accommodates four people. Each bedroom features a deluxe queen-size bed, with hotel-quality bedding. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath complete with jetted tub, and plush new linens. The second bedroom features floor-to-ceiling glass walls with mountain views out across the lake. You will enjoy all the amenities, including a firelog-burning fireplace, 32' LCD television with cable, VCR/DVD, and hi-speed Internet. The kitchen features new hickory cabinets with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. All the cookware, utensils, dishes, and other accessories are new. Skiers will love the quick access to Keystone ski area, just 6 miles away, as well as the close proximity to Breckenridge Resort, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin ski area (usually open until mid-June), and Vail/Beaver Creek. Please, no pets and no smoking allowed inside the condo or on balcony.

The Lodge at Lake Dillon is wheelchair accessible with an elevator to each floor. This condo does NOT have a roll-in shower but it is very large and the bottom lip is about 2-3' high. The bedroom doors are double doors and the patio door is wide.

The Lodge at Lake Dillon The Lodge at Lake Dillon sits on a bluff above the lake with spectacular views of the lake, marina, and Keystone ski runs in the distance. Imagine ending the day on the balcony, looking across the lake at the lights of the homes on the opposite mountain. Dillon is a quaint little town with a number of shops and restaurants. Everything in town is within walking distance, including the local theater and post office. Directly across the street from the lodge guests can catch the free shuttle bus, the Summit Stage with routes to Keystone and Frisco, and connections to Breckenridge Resort and Copper Mountain Resort.

Summer in Summit County Summer visitors will enjoy the alpine slide at Peak 8 in Breckenridge, water-sports at Lake Dillon, biking or hiking on the many paved bike paths, old dirt mining roads that wind through the mountains, and great fly fishing on rivers and creeks throughout the county. The Lake Dillon Amphitheater, two blocks away features many free summer concerts, farmer's markets, and other events. If you like shopping, the Silverthorne Factory Outlets are 2 miles away. Frisco and Breckenridge have many fine antique shops and art galleries just minutes away.

Skiing Information: Summit County is world-renowned for skiing with four top ski areas in the county and Vail and Beaver Creek just over Vail Pass to the west. Keystone offers excellent night skiing and a number of mountains and bowls to choose from. Arapahoe Basin is always open longer than any Colorado area, sometimes offering late June or early July snow. Breckenridge offers excellent skiing and lots of other activities for non-skiers. Copper Mountain has lots of runs for every ability level and very nice facilities at the base.

Golf Information: Summit County has several challenging golf courses, including Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks, the Robert Trent Jones designed Keystone Ranch Golf Course, and the Jack Nicholas designed Breckenridge Golf Club. There are few places more beautiful to golf in the world.
