    There is also a one time $500 golf transfer fee (assuming golf is desired with your rental). All rates above assume unlimited golf is included with your rental. Please inquire separately if you wish to rent the home without golf. Rates are negotiable, especially for multiple month rentals and for rentals that occur within one month of the desired stay (assuming availability). Fees include all utilities (phone, cable, elect, water), weekly pool maintenance service, twice weekly floral / plant servicing, and twice monthly maid service. Other services can be discussed at the renters request. All guests are required to submit a deposit, which is negotiable depending on your length of stay. All rental fees + 10% tax are due at the time of any lease agreement signing.

  • The Master bathroom is luxurious, with a very accommodating spa tub, a elegantly tiled walk-in shower, and twin his / her vanities. There's plenty of space for storage in both the vanity cabinets, a medicine cabinet on the wall and a built in linen closet for extra towels. The toilet has a separate room with door in this expansive room. There is a full bath in the Guest Suite and a 3rd full bath in between the 3rd Guest BR and the Study. Both have tiled floor and shower, sliding glass doors, plenty of light and counter space, and under sink and medicine cabinet storage. There's also a very large mirror and all the typical cosmetic items you'd find in your own home's bathrooms. The 3rd Bathroom has access directly from the outside lanai and patio for those enjoying the pool and outside living areas.

  • The large Master BR is very privately located off the formal living area, with separate and direct access to the back patio. From the bedroom there's an excellent view of the lake, 3rd hole green on the golf course, and sunsets beyond. The Master BR is lushly carpeted and includes a brand new King Bed and high thread count Egyptian cotton linens. There are two his and hers walk in closets with tons of space. The home also includes a carpeted detached Guest Suite at the front end of the home, accessed thru double French style doors that overlook the pool and lanai. There is a third formal Bedroom also very privately located at the entrance end of the main house. Also carpeted and with excellent closet space, this room includes two Twin Beds, and makes for excellent guest accommodations. There's also a high end Queen Murphy bed in the Study to accommodate a total of 8 guests. Extra pillows and blankets in each room make for a warm and comfortable stay.

Golf Information: Masterfully carved from nature’s beauty, our private championship golf course is the only one in the area designed by renowned golf course architect P.B. Dye. Members of The Club at Olde Cypress enjoy 18 holes of private, championship golf. This 6,711-yard golf course is fun for the novice yet challenging enough for even the most seasoned player. The practice facility is more than 300 yards in length. It features a teeing area with more than an acre of trim turf and six target greens at varying distances. A practice area for the short game offers sand and grass bunkers, a chipping and pitching area and a special uneven lie area. Rarely have sport and tranquility been so skillfully blended to engage your competitive spirit and satisfy your soul. The Olde Cypress golf course brings with it a 145 Slope Rating from the back tees, ranking it within the top 1/2 dozen of the most challenging courses in SW Florida.
