The picturesque villa is sprawled over an area of 400 sq. m with a vast lawn and a large pool. Olive trees, grape-vines, orange, lemon, fig and comquat plants mirror the flora of the French Riviera in the well-manicured garden of roses, Lilias and so on.

The bedrooms # 3, 4 and 5 have en suite bathrooms each with tub and shower and bidet and two wash basins each. Bedroom #5 has extra shower and wash basin. Bedroom #4 is a in the library with a convertible sofa providing a King size bed. The three bedrooms have access to terrace or a balcony.
