Three entertainment areas: (1) An open grand room: living room, fireplace, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and dining area overlooking the ocean. (2) An open great room: family room, fireplace, butler’s serving area, dining area, terrace with swimming pool overlooking the ocean. (3) A large game room with a ping pong table and a 3-hole putting green on the lower level. Oh, Yes, and the outdoor decks!

First floor: Great Room with 10 foot ceilings, travertine floors, gas fireplace, Entertainment Center (stereo, 42 ½-inch flat screen TV with DVD), large dining area, butler’s kitchenette featuring granite counters and bar, large icemaker, small fridge A queen master suite with a 24-inch flat screen TV VHS/DVD.
