Brand new infinity pool with stone patio. Granite countertops for easy maintenance in kitchen. Equipped with a gable ventilator fan that draws air throughout the house. There are three ceiling fans in the living room/kitchen, one ceiling fan in each bedroom and two fans in the second bathroom. There are also floor fans in all rooms.The house has louvered island style windows and all windows and doors open to catch the ocean breezes.The cook top is gas. We have brand new patio furniture for outdoor dining or relaxing.
