This property is located in the small ,secluded community of First Bight on the south shore of Roatan near Fantasy Island and CocoView Dive Resorts. The best diving on Roatan is located right in our backyard!On calm days you can snorkel, dive, and/or kayak right in front of the house. Access is always easy at the dock in the bight a very short walk away. Arch's Iguana Farm and Pirates of the Caribbean Zipline Canopy Tour are both a short drive away.

There are three ceiling fans in the living room/kitchen, one ceiling fan in each bedroom and two fans in the second bathroom. There are also floor fans in all rooms.The house has louvered island style windows and all windows and doors open to catch the ocean breezes.The cook top is gas.
