Acadia Loft, on wooded, private acreage, is in Hall Quarry, offering one of the nicest spots anywhere, and has a central island location right beside Somes Sound. There are Hall Quarry walks, Beech Mountain hikes, bicycling, swimming at Echo Lake Beach, and the Acadia Mountain entrance and Park trails. Minutes away, Southwest Harbor offers great restaurant choices from the very fancy to family dining. Pectic Seafood right in Hall Quarry will cook a lobster for you to bring home! Plus there are numerous galleries, shopping and antiques. Summer is for swimming, hiking, fireworks and art shows galore. In fall, there are the vivid leaves and last warm days of summer. Maine cottage-style decor with wood ceilings and floors. There is a south facing deck for sunning, quiet reading and deer watching, plus a shaded grilling and dining area. Heated three seasons weekly rental.

The hospitality you showed us was second to none and enhanced our experience in a state very much unlike the one we live in. Thank you for your honesty with the Maine tax, we would never have known. We even got our $200 security deposit back! All in all we had a fantastic time. We will definitely recommend your place to all our friends (even though they don't hike/fish, they like to drink/dance) . Again, thank you Diane & Bruce.
