There are three steps to reach front deck and enter first floor. That floor has open floor plan, but not sure if doorways to BR/bath are wide enough for all wheelchairs. Second floor is reached by spiral staircase and would not be suitable for persons with mobility problems or small children who might fall through railing openings. Will rent to families or to groups over age 25.
