The ranch is very spacious with beautiful tropical fruit trees. Large swimming pool that is maintained with chlorine and filter. The pool has a children's area. There is also an area to play soccer and a bar to entertain guests. There are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and showers, and a small kitchen and outdoor barbecue. Washer and dryer are available for an extra cost if desired. It has a covered area with hammocks for relaxing. You can hear the small green parrots and other exotic animals. It is walking distance to the beach. The ranch is central to the local markets and town, as well as popular surfing and fishing spots.
