Escazú hotel Rental Property Information

We are a brand new Boutique B&B that just completed construction on Jan/2007. We speak English, Spanish and Italian. Out of Bounds is situated on a beautiful Lot overlooking the Central Valley. With an amazing view of Volcano Barva and Poas. Located on the Old Road to Santa Ana in the suburb of San Rafael Escazu, it is an ideal location. We are just 5 minutes to the City Center of Escazu and 20 minutes from the Juan Santamaria International airport. We are in close proximity to the shopping mall Multiplaza as well as many other strip malls. The Cima hospital and Dental Center are close as well. For Business we are 5 minutes to the FORUM and 10 minutes to Office Centro. Our Lodge is detached from the main house. The rooms are Hotel style rooms, not the typical B&B. Upon arrival to Out Of Bounds Lodge and B&B we will provide you with a hot cup of gourmet Costa Rican coffee or a nice refreshing Fruit Drink. We will then show you to your room, where you can relax

  • We have 5 Unique bedrooms at Out Of Bounds, each room is decorated with local art work and pine wood floors. Includes, TV, Internet WiFi clock radio and Simmons beds. Our larger rooms have air-conditioning. The rooms located on the 2nd floor have vaulted ceilings. Each room has its own large bathroom with hot water and comfortable seating in the shower. On the deck in front of the room we have rocking chairs for viewing comfort. Our Standard bedrooms sleep 2 comfortably. One of the rooms has vaulted ceiling and is located on the second floor. The Standard rooms include 2 Twin beds that can be converted into a King bed if needed. Our Junior bedroom is located on the first floor sleeps 2 comfortably. Our Deluxe bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and is located on the second floor. The Deluxe room Sleeps 5 comfortably has two Double beds and a sofa bed. Our Superior Suite sleeps 4 comfortably and includes a Kitchenette. Stove-top, Fridge, toaster, Coffee maker.

High above Escazú the Central Valley's newest botique hotel awaits you. Close to everything, including Hospital CIMA and dental clinics. We are a fun young couple eager to help and guide you while traveling in Costa Rica. Come on over. We know you will enjoy your stay here at Out Of Bounds Hotel.

Guest Book “An absolute gem of a B&B. We needed a base of ops for a week while house/school hunting, so we were looking for economical comfort in a convenient location (Escazu), with a view, and we didn't want to be locked away in a large hotel/resort where you can't tell what country you are in. Found this beautiful B&B in a web search and booked a room shortly after that - we even got a special rate on the large room with the terrace & Matteo picked us up from the airport. The young couple (she's Canadian & he's Costa Rican ) running the B&B also run various adventure tours and they are some of the warmest & nicest people you'll ever meet and sooo helpful (need to rent a cell phone or car? want to zip line through the forest canopy or free-ride down a volcano? have a thousand questions about getting settled in your new country? No Problem). The B&B they've built is very well done and reflects their great taste and attention to detail: orienting the building at an anglto take in the best views;
