Panama City Beach condo Rental Property Information

Brand new Condo development in Panama City Beach, Florida. This development is upscale, with all the amenities you are looking for. Our Condo is prime, on the fifth floor with a wrap around balcony giving extra view of the beach and gulf. The living room is equipped with a large 42-in plasma TV. There is upgraded cable with 12 HBO movie channels. High speed wireless Internet is available free in the condo. There is also WiFi available in the lobby and poolside. There are three bedrooms and private baths for each bedroom. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one bedroom has a queen-size bed. The mattresses are covered with hyper-allergenic mattress covers. Each bedroom has a TV, and 2 of the bedrooms have DVD players also. You won't have any trouble getting a good night's sleep. This end unit condo is very quiet. People are not walking by with carts loading and unloading. Hair dryers in each bathroom. 3rd bathroom handicap accessible. Beach toys/chairs are provided.

Shores of Panama Details Shores of Panama is a brand new condominium, just opened in October 2007. Our condo is an end unit on the 5th floor. The parking garage is in the building. You park on the 5th floor and walk over to the unit. We're on the end of the building, it is very quiet and a beautiful view. Shores of Panama is located at the corner of Front Beach Road and S. Thomas Blvd., right beside Pineapple Willy's Beach Restaurant. Walmart Supercenter is 1 block away.
