Inlet Beach house Rental Property Information
If you want to get away from the crowds to enjoy some peace and quiet, this is the place to go. Our brand new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house is newly furnished to be like home. The Preserve at Inlet Beach is a brand new development and only 3 houses are furnished so far. That means there is no traffic at all and the the large community pool is probably all yours.
The beach is 3/4 of a mile drive away and is wonderful. There is a boardwalk with no steps to wheel the cart down and lifeguards on duty. There is also a shower/hose to rinse off the sand when you leave at the parking area. There is plenty of parking that is never crowded and the beach is never crowded at all. The shopping of Destin is only 25 miles away if you want to get into the traffic and Panama City is about the same in the other direction. Rosemary Beach is a nice walk and they DO have a Starbucks there!

While Inlet Beach is quiet and natural, if you crave activity there's plenty just a short bike ride down the trail (beside 2 lane 30A) heading West. You can explore all sorts of interesting and unusual shops, good restaurants, architecture from weird to wonderful, lakes, state parks, and all manner of little beach towns, each with its own personality (Rosemary, Seaside, Grayton, Blue Mountain, Santa Rosa etc.).
If you go East to Panama City Beach less than 30 minutes, you'll find lots of neon in the form of arcades, go carts, amusement parks, bumper boats, putt-putt golf and rides devoted to freefall and various types of adrenaline rushes. After you've had enough, stop at the grocery 3 miles from home because once you get back there's a good chance you'll want to spend the rest of your stay just taking in all the beauty, tranquility and ease of the neighborhood.
