  • The building can be divided into three apartments on each floor, all with own bath and with own kitchen. The large kitchen seats 20, the theater-seminar room with open kitchen-bar, seats up to 100 persons for events. A wellness area with whirlpool and sauna and the surrounding garden and stream is accessible for all. The house features three normal kitchens all with dishwasher and one very large luxuriously equipped kitchen. There are 10 parking lots on the site. All bedrooms are minimally furnished to match the modern design. The building features central heating in partly hidden floor heating systems at the first floor, a steam sauna at the roof-apartment and carefully hidden technological upgrades. The Wireless Internet signal can be used in most areas in the house. Parts of the building is not child proof, since this is a registered landmark with very old windows and a very old restored staircase- security features as railing heights can therefore be slightly too low.

Family Gatherings and Corporate Retreats This house is ideal for family gatherings or corporate retreats of any kind. We can organize breakfast, daily house keeping, catering, event furniture rentals for the theater, which has comfortable room for 100 seats and stage area.

Ski-Mountainbike The area around this estate is known for mountain biking, which starts right in front of the building. There are plenty of cross country trails in the neighborhood. You can ski downhill in one of the most romantic and classic mountain ranges a short walk away to the beautiful Kampenwand aerial tram or ski at the biggest ski system , the Ski-Welt of over 100 lifts a 30 minute car ride away.

Big Groups and Friends Yoga retreats, friend gatherings to relax and celebrate, hiking groups - the possibilities are endless. The kitchen layout allows for big evening cooking and gatherings. The smaller kitchen are related to each sub-area. Three areas are comfortably lockable of about 2-3 bedrooms reach.
