After a fabulous day, you'll be home in minutes to this refreshing third story condo with vaulted ceilings offering fabulous views of the mountains. You'll love the convenience of this spotless condo located at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain in Avon. Great restaurants are an elevator ride away and the grocery store is only a five minute walk. Skiers will enjoy the shuttle which makes a stop at our complex every 10 minutes to whisk you to Beaver Creek. The charming living area is well-appointed: comfortable seating via a pull-out sofa, gas river rock fireplace, and cable TV/DVD/VCR. The soaring cathedral ceiling with a wall of windows facing Beaver Creek Mountain makes the living area very spacious. The open dining room is airy and bright, and encourages easy conversation with your favorite cook as well as friends in the living room. Popular games and books are available for your use as is a boombox with CD player. The well-lighted kitchen features all the goodies to make your vacation fun. Plenty of china, glassware, and utensils are available. Take advantage of the washer and dryer, complete with a supply of detergent. In the closet, you will find an iron and ironing board, too.
The spacious master bedroom with cathedral ceiling has a restful king-size bed with lots of storage. Cable TV makes lounging in bed inviting. The master bath has room for two to share: double basins, and a sumptuous jetted tub/shower. The generous second bedroom (also with vaulted ceiling) has two twin beds, plenty of closet space, and cable TV and VCR. The second bath features two entrances for ease of use: one from the second bedroom and one from the foyer. This bath has a lovely tile shower with glass surround and door. Parking is a breeze in the free underground heated garage, complete with luggage carts and elevators. Also, you are welcome to use the heated ski locker located next to the elevator.
Skiers and snowboarders of all ages love staying at this recently built condominium because it is so private yet so close to all the Vail Valley has to offer. Located within steps of the elevator are excellent restaurants and shops. For those essentials that you may have forgotten, take a quick walk to City Market, Sports Authority, or Christy Sports. If your family is like ours, you will enjoy making this condominium your base while you explore Colorado's finest ski resorts. Walk one block to catch the free shuttle to Beaver Creek Village. Vail is merely ten minutes away on the Vail express shuttle (nominal charge.) Excellent jet service is available at the Eagle/Vail Airport which is located 25 minutes from the condominium, or fly into Denver and drive 90 minutes. We know you will love staying at our comfortable condominium, so book now and relax, and ski the Vail Valley with a big smile on your face!
