The House is about 10 years old and kept in great shape. There is a great state park with bike and walking trails that run along the rocky shore. The block Island ferry is less than 5 min. away and there are fishing charters. There are go-carts, a batting cage, bumper boats, & mini golf a few miles away. This house is in a great location for family vacations.
