Full modern industrial kitchen with washer/dryer. High speed broadband wired and wireless connections. Cable TV w/ DVD player. Four blocks from the Animas River Trail and bike path to downtown. Mountain views. Radiant in floor heating for winter comfort. Minutes to the Narrow Gauge Railroad Station, restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries... Bike trails, hiking, fishing, hot springs, rafting and tubing, horseback riding and golf. Take an easy day trip to Mesa Verde National Park. No pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably.

This lovely studio is located within the Durango City limits in the Northern part of town west of the Durango recreation center, on highway 500 and 27th street, about 1/4 mile. The local downtown main street area is a 25 minute walk along the beautiful Animus River bike trail. The Durango Recreation center is a 10 minute walk.
