our services We have local phone for use, and cable tv and utilities are included. We have always had a policy that you will leave the condo in the condition that you find it, or cleaner. This essentially means that we do Not charge a cleaning deposit and clean sheet are expected to be left on the bed. This is an easy place to clea with tile floors and cleaning supplies provided. If you would like the cleaning to be done we can do this for an extra charge of 100.00. We have had really good luck and are a bit particular about who we rent to and would simply like you to treat this like your own home, and with care. Please email with any questions or comments. We have now also high speed dsl at no extra cost
