You will love our brand new house! This house was built in 2005 and you can be some of the first tenants to enjoy this special get-away. The house has a very open, clean feel. The house was furnished by one of the islands top store owners and designers. We are an easy 5 - 10 minute walk (half of a mile) to the center of town. We are conveniently located around the corner from the delicious Nantucket Bake Shop and across the street from a new wonderful take out gourmet shop! Inside there is a beautiful stainless kitchen well equipped for wonderful meal preparation. The kitchen is part of the great room - this set up is ideal for entertaining and just simply hanging out with your family. This area opens up to a beautiful outdoor patio with a new gas grill and enjoyable outdoor seating. The upstairs of the house features a master bedroom, cozy room with twin beds, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed. These rooms all have access to a bathrooms with custom stone tile.

In addition to the kitchen and great room, the first floor of the house has two bathrooms, an office with a pull out double sofa and computer table as well as a bedroom with a queen sized bed. The wall hangings as well as the furniture are all what you would expect in a new Nantucket home! The floors throughout the home are beautiful wood floors.

This includes towels, sheets, kitchen items and all furnishings. The upstairs of the house features a master bedroom, cozy room with twin beds, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed. These rooms all have access to bathrooms with custom stone tile work. The master bedroom has walk in closets, Cable TV and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and contemporary black and white tile work.
