Lahaina condo Rental Property Information

Beautiful studio apt in the Lahaina Shores building, the only building in Lahaina on the beach. Our studio was recently remodeled top to bottom, new floors, plaster, paint, cabinets, furniture - appliances and much more. A queen size Murphy bed, (wall bed), easily lowers at night and is out of the way during the day allowing for a very spacious living area. Our Holoholo Hale, (vactation home), has an amazing 6th floor, (top floor), view of the West Maui mountains. Full bath with shower/tub combo and separate vanity area. The new kitchen has all the pots/pans, dishes, stemware, appliances, spices, etc you will need to prepare wonderful meals or walk the one block to Lahaina town and all the restaurants, galleries, shops and shows as well as world famous Banyan Tree Park and our quaint harbor. There is also a pool between the building and our gorgeous beach. This an owner managed condo, which saves you 60+ dollars a night over the resort managed condos.

We provide beach towels, small cooler, iron/board, full kitchen, spices etc as well as all linens, paper products and some toiletries. You will find a 'guest information book' with info on restaurants, shows, luaus, beaches, activities, day trips, maps, and suggestions on best to plan your time. We have lived here 12 years and are familiar with all Maui has to offer. We require a signed agreement re cancellation policy and damage or replacement policy. We pay front desk fee's for check in - check out services, but otherwise our condo is owner managed. Executive cleaning does a mid stay linen change, etc - mid way through stays of a week or more. You may request additional cleaning services at the rate of $45 per cleaning.

Condo details We did a complete rehab of our unit in 2006 - added a faux skylight, new flooring, cabinets, appliances, furniture, kitchen supplies and more. It is essentially a new unit top to bottom. We are able to offer rates lower than those for resort managed units in this building because we manage it ourselves. Save hundreds over the mega resorts of Kaanapali or Wailea and stay longer!

Activities/golf There are literally hundreds of activities here on Maui and the guest information book in you room will give you information on most of them. There is also a section called 'Pennys picks' - which includes the best activities, restaurants, luaus, shows and sight seeing locals I have enjoyed during my twelve years here.

Beaches The sunny leeward side of Maui has the most beautiful beaches in the world. Our condo is on Lahaina Beach, a warm, clear, protected beach great for surfing, snorkeling, swimming or doing absolutely nothing.

Golf Information: There are 6 major golf courses within 15 minutes of Lahaina - The Mercedes open is on the Plantation Course in December/January. Join the 50/50/50 club- 50 holes on your 50th birthday in the 50th state!
