  • cleaning service is optional and is about $100 for basic, or $200 for very thorough
  • I can be somewhat flexible about my rates (like give you 10% off) if you come in to my office and pay in person and have a simultaneous annual eye exam, which will be billed to your medical (not vision) insurance, as i am a MD and take all medical insurance plan, the American Academy of Ophthalmology recommends an annual exam for everyone anyway, then we can sign the contract, collect the rent + deposit via credit card, and I can give you the keys--all at the same time, the office is on Park Ave + E 25th st in manhattan, so a 2-hour drive from the property.

Ski Details the house is a 5 min drive from 2 different ski resorts, mountain creek and hidden valley, both in Vernon, NJ, just google each for more about each one, very good slopes for families, mountain creek has a very high-end half-pipe for snowboarders that has been used for the Olympic trials as well as a snow board park, Vernon NJ has given rise to some the the north-east's top skiers, including Olympic moguls gold medalist Donna Weinbreck, so don't be snobby about these smaller mountains only a 1-hour drive from NYC/GWB

Fishing details the private lake is stocked w both large and small mouth bass, has walleye, catfish, trout, crappie, you can use the boat, there is a programed fish feeder at the dock, fish finder and electric trolling motor, 2 good fish stores within a few minutes drive for bait and tackle

Boating and Swimming details property comes with 2-person kayak, sunfish sailboat, rowboat, can swim in lake, lifeguards during the summer at the 5 beaches + clubhouse with roped-off Olympic-sized lap lanes in lake itself, sailing and swimming lessons available for children and adults in the summer
