Marco Island condo Rental Property Information

This unit has the main living area upstairs, with a separate bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Unit will easily accommodate the whole family or two couples. Everything you need to prepare a meal is in the kitchen or you can enjoy take out from one of the many restaurants that are within walking distance. This unit has full size kitchen appliances unlike what you would find in most condo rentals. Washing machine and dryer are located in unit, a convenience during season you do not want to live with out. A lovely spiral staircase joins the two floors.

If your goal for the day is to just relax and enjoy the water Marco Island has beautiful white sand beaches. Tiger Tail beach has a playground for the kids to enjoy in case they get tired of playing in the water. You can always remain on site and watch for dolphins and manatees, while you enjoy a cocktail or dine at the on site Dolphin Tiki Bar. Marco Island has many restaurants ranging from fine dining to hot dogs on the beach. Most venues are casual.
