This charming, artistic 1940's cottage has been newly renovated & decorated to appease any beach comber. Leave your car at the house because you're only a minute away from the beach.This cottage consist of two units; you can rent one or both sides for large groups; each side sleeps 6 people, with 2 bedrooms, one sofa bed, 1 full bath, furnished kitchen, liv/din. rm.,washer/dryer. Enjoy two porches complete with furniture & grill. A perfect location to the beach, restaurants, shops, park, gym, etc. You have off street parking behind the house & a private, romantic, tropical courtyard next door to top off your stay. Come enjoy the night breeze under the stars while sitting with your love one by the dolphin fountain with running water & special night lighting throughout. This nostalgic cottage will make you feel you've gone back in time by having that quaint cottage look it once had years ago, but with today's modern conveniences. We've splashed cheerful colors on the walls to give it a glow and scattered art throughout the house. The location is in a nice residential area with sufficient lighting in the evenings, and is in walking distance to area shops, restaurants, galleries, parks and attractions. You also will have access to a lush tropical courtyard next door with palms, fountains, furniture, and plenty of room for grilling and relaxing--perfect for a gathering of friends and family! Bikes, mopeds, segways, and golf carts are available to rent close by and are a great way to see the island and experience the warmth and hospitality of the island.
