Location, location, location!! Calabay Parc Subdivision is the place to be. With unique Spanish architecture this Subdivision is a class above the rest. The owners all subscribe to the same association to maintain the common areas and their own lawns (i.e. you will not be next to someone who does not maintain their property with trash everywhere). Calabay is just 12 minutes drive to Disney and is wonderfully located to all local amenities. Recent guests have re-booked for next year and they do not plan on telling their children that they are anywhere near Disney so they can just 'chill' at the Villa they were so impressed. We pride ourselves on our level of service and comfort provided. We urge you to book early to get the dates you require.
