A labor of Love We restored this house and grounds in order to 'bring back to life' an abandoned yet beautiful piece of Italian landscape and history. The farmhouse has been abandoned since 1950 and only after our purchase in 2004 and the help of an ambitious design combined with the passion of skilled local craftsmen we could achieve its beautiful transformation into a luxurious yet unpretentious villa. All the furnishing, artwork, books have been carefully selected to give our guests the best possible experience of beauty, serenity and tranquility. The house is airy, spacious, elegant and with its location atop a hill it is wonderfully breezy and cool in the summer months. Every detail has been carefully curated by the owner to guarantee the comfort of every guest: from the selection of high quality linens to the use of mosquito nets at all windows, from kitchenware to all the interior and exterior furnishing.
