San Miguel de Allende condo Rental Property Information

A cozy condo with detached bedroom and loft bedroom, located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, a short, flat walk to the farmer's and artisan's market. The beautiful six-unit courtyard complex will surprise you with its comfort and convenience. Covered by a huge pepper tree, it never escapes the sense of being surrounded by gardens. Inside you'll find a living room with 15-foot ceilings, a fireplace, a sun room-dining area that runs the length of the living room through brick archways. All three bathrooms are of classic Mexican design, using local tiles. One bedroom with bathroom has a double bed and is separated from the main part of the unit by a small patio. The sleeping loft, which overlooks the living room, has twin beds and a bathroom. The traditional Mexican equipal furniture (leather and rustic wood) is casual and comfortable.

This condo is located on the north end of the historical center of the colonial town of San Miguel de Allende, where there are many beautiful churches, plazas, restaurants, galleries, etc. The Salida a Dolores Hidalgo to the north passes by many thermal hot spring pools open to the public. The Charco del Ingenio Botanical Garden, where numerous traditional as well as esoteric activities take place, is up the hill, a great place for hiking and picnics.
