Living area downstairs has a beautiful living area with indoor fireplace and French doors leading to an outdoor fireplace with large classic California redwood hot tub located on very large redwood deck with private backyard. An array of fruit trees including peach, blood orange, lemon and lime trees with nicely landscaped yard allows for a comfortable morning/afternoon/evening lounge.

Cathedral ceilings throughout the main area of the house with sliding glass door to back patio/deck area from the dining room and counter area looking in to the kitchen.

Fully equipped kitchen with door to back deck as well to easily access the gas BBQ for a leisurely meal in the private back area.
