Children Due to the residence's quality furnishings, as well as the concrete floors, the home is not suitable for young children.

Skiing Information: During the winter months, there is cross-country skiing at the top of the mountain, accessed via tram. There are also numerous hiking trails, as well as a bar and restaurant. Typically the temperature is anywhere between 30 and 50 degrees cooler at the top! A great break in the Summer, and a whole other snowy world in the winter!

Golf Information: There are plentiful golf course in and around the Palm Springs area... many call it the Golf Capitol of the states!
